Agreement & acceptance
By accessing or using Sapadeal, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Our service
Sapadeal curates, verifies and publishes tech deals. We provide editorial content, deal summaries, and links to third-party retailers. We are not the merchant; transactions are subject to retailer terms, payment processing and delivery policies.
User obligations & prohibited conduct
- Do not use the site for unlawful purposes or to introduce malware, spam, or harmful content.
- When submitting deals or images, provide accurate, lawful content and ensure you have rights to share any third-party material.
- Respect copyrights and do not attempt to impersonate others; avoid posting personally identifying third-party data without consent.
User submissions & license
By submitting content (deals, photos, text) you grant Sapadeal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to host, reproduce, distribute and display the content. We reserve the right to edit for clarity and to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Do not include sensitive personal data (IDs, financial account numbers) in submissions. If you need content removed, contact us and include evidence of ownership where appropriate.
Monetization & disclosures
Sapadeal uses affiliate links, display advertising and sponsored posts to fund operations. We disclose sponsored content clearly and maintain editorial control over published material. Affiliate links may earn Sapadeal a commission at no extra cost to you.
If you are offered a sponsored placement, we will disclose: (1) that the content is sponsored, (2) the sponsor identity when required, and (3) any material editorial constraints associated with the sponsorship.
Intellectual property & permitted use
All Sapadeal editorial content, site design and assets are the property of Sapadeal or licensed to us. You may view and share links for personal, non-commercial purposes only — republication or syndication requires written permission.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Sapadeal publishes information “as is.” We make reasonable effort to verify deals, but we cannot guarantee ongoing availability, exact pricing, merchant conduct, delivery or warranty terms. Purchases are contractually between you and the retailer.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sapadeal disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the site.
Indemnity, suspension & termination
You agree to indemnify Sapadeal against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the site, or submissions that infringe others’ rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts or access for violations, abuse, or where required by law.
Governing law, changes & contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We may update them periodically; the effective date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
